Gin Martini and Flying Mascot headline latest Inglis Digital catalogue
Group 1 performers Gin Martini (Rip Van Winkle) and Flying Mascot (Tavistock) headline a host of proven producers – many in foal on appealing commercial pregnancies – in a catalogue of 362 for the Inglis Digital August (Late) Online Sale.
In the spring of 2021 and autumn of 2022, Flying Mascot raced eight times for four wins, including three at Group level in the Tesio Stakes (Gr 3, 1600m), Mannerism Stakes (Gr 3, 1400m) and Matron Stakes (Gr 3, 1600m).
Her only unplaced effort that season came in a close-up fifth-placed finish in the Empire Rose Stakes (Gr 1, 1600m) at Flemington. She is being offered as a breeding prospect only.
Meanwhile, Gin Martini was raced by James Moss’s Tricolours Racing And Syndications and finished Group-placed at two before training on to be Group 1-placed at three.
The daughter of Rip Van Winkle (Galileo) has the Epona Stakes (Gr 3, 1900m) and Sandown Cup (Listed, 3200m) amongst her four career wins.
In total, the August (Late) catalogue consists of 183 racehorses (100 race fillies), 116 broodmares, 32 racehorse shares, 26 yearlings and five unraced stock.
The final countdown of bidding for the Inglis Digital August (Late) Sale begins from 10am Wednesday. To view the catalogue click here.
